Use this application if you would like the City to consider using a Tax Incremental Financing district for your project.

Plan Commission Application (Doc)
Use this application for any item that needs to go before the City’s Plan Commission. Typical items that require Plan Commission review and approval includes, but is not limited to: site plans, new commercial buildings, building additions, multi-family developments, zoning changes, conditional uses, and Planned Unit Developments.

Conditional Use Application (Doc)
If your proposal requires a Conditional Use application, you will need this form in addition to the Plan Commission application.
